Experience: Would you use William S Baxter again? NO
Having agreed a date and time of 9.30am to collect keys and fill in necessary forms told could not move in until 4.30pm as inventory not done until 1.30pm. This despite property being empty for 6 weeks prior to move.
As Guarantor I was subjected to rigorous financial checks including telephoning various employers and they have the gaul to turn down a personal cheque. This cheque could have been given to them a month in advance if required.
Attitude of staff "we cannot change the time eg.4.30pm sorry" was inflexible and if not spoken to the manager would not have changed her mind.
Promised to Email photographs "immediately" not received as with the letter they "sent by post" that arrived the same morning after we had left the home property with no franked stamp on envelope!!
